Diana Aguilera
Associate Attorney

Ms. Aguilera was born in Hanford, CA. She was raised in Lemoore, CA by immigrant parents who came to the U.S. from Mexico and whom have dedicated their lives to working in the fields of the Central Valley. Ms. Aguilera was among the first in her family to attend a college or university. She graduated from the University of California in Irvine, CA with two Bachelor Degrees. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law (SJCL), where she also received several academic achievement awards and recognition for her active participation on immigration cases at the New American Legal Clinic.

Ms. Aguilera has been employed with Lazaro Salazar Law, Inc. since 2016. She started working as a full-time legal assistant soon after graduating from college and after a few years, while still working part time, school permitting, attended and graduated from San Joaquin College of Law. She has experience working on immigration related cases ranging from Citizenship, Adjustment of Status, Family-based petitions, U-Visas, K-1 Visas, Provisional Waivers, Extreme Hardship Waivers to Removal of Defense and cases for petitions regarding Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.

As an Associate Attorney, duly licensed to practice law in California, Ms. Aguilera continues to focus on representing our community in all aspects of Immigration Law. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
